Drew's real estate education includes the successful completion of 150 hours of executive level training through the Institute of Real Estate Management. In June 1987, Drew achieved the Institute's "Certified Property Manager" credential, the most highly valued designation in real estate management.

Drew also is a member of the Community Association Institute and the Boulder County Rental Housing Association. These organizations provide members with educational programs, industry information, publications and contacts to better serve their clients.
